i'm currently feeling very pissed with RSW for their lack of professionalism!
Just when I thought the tables were turned for me this end of the month, I guess I just spoke too soon :[

1. was asked if I want to be a senior csa (means promotion for me!)
2. RWS called me to tell me to come down for trg (based on the interview I went beginning of the yr)
3. the courier man sent my babies from london to my door this morning.
4. got a kid for me to tutor (even though she's my neighbour but anything for extra $$$ man)

Like I said, all these 4 points made my day/week. About time, because I was starting to feel the stress from the withdrawal syndrome & sleepless nights :[ Come to think of it, it's ONE WEEK MORE!

Well #2 pissed me off really bad today, Im really thinking twice about joining their workforce now. Urgh. Thing was, on Monday someone from RWS called me to come down for training on Wed, Thu & Sun which means I have to forgo 3 lectures in total & a sunday workshift. Managed to clear my exchange though, so Sunday is settled. But I'm really trying not to skip my lectures and all these keep on cropping up and screwing my schedule! Annoying cos i hate to reschedule my week. Already made my mind to skip my lectures just so I can secure for this job. That Man said he'll email me the details for the COMPULSORY TRAINING this wed (which is tmr btw). Managed to get the timing from him (830am-5.30). When I called him again this afternoon regarding the email, he said i'll get it by this afternoon. So fine, I was reassured. But when I checked my email at 9pm, there wasnt any fucking emails from RWS!

Look, if you're serious in employing people who is WILLING to sacrifice school hours (=opportunity cost $xxx every lecture) to attend this so-called COMPULSORY training, then be professional and keep to your promise by sending the details to the parties. If I dont ask, your staff who contacted me dont even have the initiative to inform me of the required details (eg. venue, time, report to who). How does that reflect about the attitude of the staffs there?!

I'm even willing to skip my psychology test tmr for the training!

Now that this happened, my decision is simple:

dont go for the training & go to school

eventhough they claimed its "compulsory" but i've been misinformed so its none of my business.

I even took the extra effort in looking for my junior who used to intern there to get help in getting info about the training. I've got the address already but I dont feel like going anymore because I dont have any official note from them. You know how I work. I like information. Provide me with enough information and i'll be there. I wont bother to turn up if there isnt any info. What do you expect me to do?! just appear at their door and said, hello! i came on my own accord for the compulsory training, can i show myself in? Although that may seem ideal & it would put forth to the management as "responsible" & "dedicated" whatever fuck. I'm not going to be fake.

So decision is made on a clear, rational mind. i hope.

Dont go for training tmr, if they call, i'll complain that theyre not being responsible on their side, so they cannot blame me for not appearing. School's more important now. School is important.

Shit, that means I need to study for my psychology test tmr!
WTF PORTAL WHY ARE YOU DOWN!!!

Adult version of High School Musical? Bring it on!

go catch it online or wherever, i love it so much! I just wish i have more than 24 hours to finish up my Gossip Girl too :[

This is totally random! I posted this on facebook to thank my little sister who just completed her O levels and have nothing to do at home. As you know, i started a DIY project after my A's to kill time, yes? Yeah, that pair of bedroom slippers was one of it. I wanted to sew felt-cupcakes on them. I got the stuffs, sew the cupcake cups on both side and just chuck it aside and procrastinated for 2 years. My small sister took the opportunity and volunteered to complete it for me, and even asked what do i want her to do. She has such nifty craft skills but i want my cupcakes to be simple; just frosting and sprinkles :] just how i love it. She did a great job by the way! And i just scour through my table and viola! my cupcake merchandise! hahaha! I have my cupcake cup but its not featured here cos its in office :]

Daddy presented each of us with this USB flashdrive from APEC. He's majorly involved in securing the event so he's pretty much MIA these weeks. In the flashdrive, there's a video which is really cute! about Singapore seen through a little girl's eyes.

Singapore - Where Worlds Meet

Seen though the eyes of a little girl, the video showcases the transformation and ever-changing landscape of Singapore as she explores and imbibes the multi-faceted sights and sounds of the country, making friends along the way.

"I have happy feet that loves adventure! Take me somewhere that's exciting!"

& yesterday was Movie Night for the girls (ie, my sisters and I, my cat & my hamster). Decided to be daring and watched Paranormal Activity. Im just curious about it, I didnt bother reading reviews about this because I dont want to catch it in cinemas. My verdict?

Just creepy.
2 out of 5 cheesedogs.

Really no oooomph to the pseudo home-made video. The starting was draaaaaaaaaaggy and although Im a screamer, the parts that I screamed about wasnt really scream-worthy at all! I even scared Henna! Henna was lying on my small sister's tummy (I was lying down in between my big sister and small sister) & when I screamed, it scared the shit out of my cat that she jumped backwards and her rammed her butt on my small sister's face! That caused quite a commossion because my small sister screamed and pushed Henna's butt off her face BUT SHE ACTUALLY PUSHED HER TOWARDS ME! So I screamed again because Henna's butt is on my face now. Yucks!! Eventually Henna got out of the screamy situation and lied down with my hamster. Haha, Mochi isnt allowed to watch because she's only 1 month old. Fat baby!

Anyway, it was just creepy. The blair witch project is definitely 892731% scarier than this.

but the creepiness got to me. I couldnt sleep well the whole night, kept on waking up (more than 5 times!) and my eyes just adjusted itself to the darkness and looked around the room a few times before dozing off again. I decided to sleep with my sisters last night because there's no way im going to sleep alone after a "scary" movie!

I'm so tired that i skipped lecture today :[ but I'm going to work later. ZzzZzz.

Ok, gonna bathe (yes im still in my PJs & morning breath!) and get ready for work :]

Hope you guys have a great Monday & week ahead!

SHOPPING IN BKK

VS

SNORKELING IN LANGKAWI

OMG I CANNOT CHOOSE! But its high time I get out of the country for a holiday. I've been cooped up in SG for far too long even when my family goes overseas. Yes, without me! Although my guess would be that my dad wont agree to the snorkeling activity cos I bet it'll be monsoon season or something now. So, shopping would be awesome!!

Thanks daddy, I dont mind skipping school for this!

:D
